Import a CSV with a phone column (mobile / phone / number) plus columns matching your voicemail placeholders (e.g. Name, Store). Call each contact one by one — the fields pre-fill automatically, and if it hits voicemail your message drops.

Need Help
A browser phone for international calls. You talk through this device's mic and speaker — keep the tab open during a call. Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarised automatically.
Making a call
- Type or paste a number and press Call. Allow the microphone the first time.
- Twilio dials the customer and you talk right here in the browser.
- Press Hang Up to end. A popup asks you to tag the outcome (Interested, Demo booked, etc.).
After each call (in Call Logs)
- Duration & cost appear on the call.
- Open the call and tap Audio, Transcript, or AI summary.
- The transcript is a two-speaker conversation (you vs. customer); the summary gives 2 lines + action items.
- Transcript & summary process in the background for a minute or two — a small "transcribing…" note shows meanwhile.
Sign-in & privacy
- Log in with your name + password, then a 2FA code from your authenticator app.
- You see only your own calls; admins see everyone's.
- Recording & AI run on your device (free, private) — only the text is saved.
Voicemail drop
- During a call, the call bar shows a message picker and fields for its placeholders (Name, Store…). Press ▶ to play the message to the customer; press again to stop.
- If the call reaches a voicemail, the selected message plays automatically after the beep and the call hangs up when it finishes. Press Stop to cancel and speak yourself.
- Pick your own default message under Settings → Voicemail.
Call List (CSV dialer)
- Import CSV with a phone column plus columns matching your placeholders (e.g. Name, Store) and give the list a name. You can keep several lists and switch between them.
- Press Call on a contact — its fields pre-fill the voicemail — or Call all to run the list automatically (a banner shows the countdown; Stop list halts it).
- Use search, Filters and sort to narrow the list; Re-run not attended calls everyone who didn't pick up. Every attempt is kept in the contact's history.
- Duplicate numbers are flagged — use Merge to combine them safely.
Sample CSV format — first row is the header. The phone column can be named mobile, phone, number, contact or cell; every other column fills the matching [Placeholder] in your voicemail message:
| Name | Mobile | Company Name | Company Website | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yegappan | +919361326066 | Afflr | afflr.io | linkedin.com/in/yegappan |
| Sarah Miller | +14155552671 | Bloom Beauty | bloombeauty.com | linkedin.com/in/sarahmiller |
| James Wilson | +442071234567 | Peak Gear | peakgear.co.uk | |
| Anita Sharma | +919876500001 | Spice Cart | spicecart.in | linkedin.com/in/anitasharma |
Numbers work best in international format (+country code); local numbers use your
default country from Settings. Company Name fills the [Store] placeholder and
Company Website fills [Store Website]; LinkedIn is optional. An
Imported by column is added automatically (your login name) so lists are easy to check and search,
and every imported contact is also saved to Contacts with who added it — numbers already in
Contacts are left untouched.
